I chose Clare from Yell because she was one of the only Interior Designers that had a logo made and displayed.I was not disappointed. Clare took on two large projects simultaneously. She designed and managed the refurbishment of both of my veterinary premises in Derby and Allestree.Clare is extremely dedicated, hard working and repeatedly goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure excellent results. Dan and the boys came in twice to do some work, firstly to change the fuse box and put power into my garage. The work was carried out over a couple of days whilst myself and wife were at work, the work was carried out to a very high standard.The guys came back again just before Christmas 22 to carry out some work on some concerns we had on a few bits and again they carried out the work to a high standard.Highly recommended, and have to friends and family.

Called for a quote for some house electrical maintenance and he came the same day. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He understood my needs, but was also very forthcoming with ideas. He gave me a quote which I was super happy with. We agreed a date for the work, he was prompt, clean and tidy. All work was brilliantly done and will use him again in the near future. I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone.

Liam & Jonny quoted the job for free as advertised. They offered us an earlier appointment due to someone cancelling last minute so we had the opportunity to have it done earlier. They installed sockets throughout the house and installed a wired internet connection upstairs for a home office. Turned up on time and they were very tidy and considerate. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electrician!

Be very waryWe are not commenting on the quality of the work carried out by Definitive Electrical Solutions Ltd, but rather their charging structure and poor information about what a job will cost. We cannot judge whether the work they do is worth approximately 3 times what other qualified electricians will charge but we feel customers should at least be warned about what to expect. Their attempts to provide information based on costs per consumer unit and per circuit assume knowledge that many people will not have. We thought we had 3 or 4 circuits (as in an older house), not the 19 which apparently new houses may have. We are not suggesting that Definite Electrical are being deliberately misleading or taking advantage of people’s inexperience, and they did explain that they need to charge these large amounts to cover their costs. However customers will not get the very unpleasant shock that we had, if they know in advance that they will be paying much more for this service, than they would from an electrician with lower overheads.

We have used them for the past 50 years and cannot fault them.They are quick, efficient and courteous we would recommend them highly.
