Bought most of our electrical items from here from kettles to washing machines, oven, tumble dryer, tv, vacuum and never had a problem with any of them. Staff are very helpful especially rose lovely lady patience of a saint. We won't go anywhere else, now looking for a tv for parents.

Would not buy from here again for one reason. One member of elderly staff is very rude. She basically said in not so many words 'i've been working here for 25 years'which apprantly gives her the right to say ' you Ain't havin a refund' even in front of her manager she rolled her eyes at me. How disgusting service from someone and how can you use that type of bad gramatical wording.

Disgusting customer service, very rude, couldn't care less attitude. Took £10 out of my account and when that worked took another £166 out of my account and refused to give it back, all cause one payment bounced out of my bank. They take money when they feel like it instead of the correct date rung up to ask the, to refund me half of the money and only take what I owed and they refused. They can shove their cooker where the sun doesn't shine.

Fantastic service - the freezer was at their warehouse but the salesperson realised that the route from warehouse to the shop went right past our house, so they dropped it in to us the following morning, which saved us the trip and hassle of picking it up. It was great to be able to deal with a local retailer rather than a massive electrical warehouse. The pricing was very competitive too.

The optical shutter had broke on my tv, so called Burley TV Centre. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, he told me that it probably wasn't practical to repair as it would be very costly, so he talked me through using another method to enable me to use my home cinema surround sound system. I did what he advised and my surround sound system worked. He saved me alot of money as I was thinking that I would have to buy a new TV considering I only bought this one only a few months back.Thank you so much. Would highly recommend

You really can’t fault Dial A Tv, The customer service is amazing, the prices are good and it really is hassle free. I’ve used them for well over a year now and not had 1 problem. The customer care team rings every so often to make sure your okay and everything is still working fine. Would highly recommend to anyone who would rather rent.
