The staff went above and beyond to assist me, answering all my questions and providing expert advice.The selection of fish at Fish Planet London is truly amazing. They have a wide variety of species, all of which are healthy and well-cared for. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the well-being of their aquatic animals.Not only is the quality of their fish exceptional, but the overall atmosphere of the store is also inviting and well-maintained. This aquatic centre is amazingI haven't been here since I took my children over 25 years ago !We've just made a new larger pond & needed some plants as we already have new residents (Frogs) with no cover to hide underThe Goldfish bowl was the only place on Oxford that had someWhilst we were there we had a good look roundIt's an unbelievably big shop with so many aquariums with all sorts of tropical fish, some we've never seen beforeAlso, all the items you can put into aquariums withdifferent themesLuke was the guy who served & was so helpful & knowledgeable about everything thereGreat place to take children for just a visit

!!! VISIT THIS SHOP !!! Best aquatic shop in London. We are visiting every week or so to get everything needed. All in stock for very affordable prices. Stuff is friendly and knowledgeable about all stocks they keep. Fish are absolutely different levels than other big shops. Nice decent sizes, healthy, quarantined long time . Fish leaves this shop most probably better condition than they received them. Each aquarium has own filtration,heater-no shared wather to prevent spreading disease,match species temperature. They even change fish nets for sterile ones when serving. Plants are healthy,they have live food ,some aquariums and everything you need. See for yourself .. Even if you just starting they will help you better that other big name shops.
