LOVE THIS PLACE.I had terrible experience with contraception with the NHS for a while - tried the pill, implant, and IUD at St Jeffries and it went horribly wrong. I was hesitant, but read many good reviews and they were correct. The loveliest staff, it's super clean, and they were fast and made me feel so at ease for a coil implant. I highly recommend Becky and Sam who were just the loveliest. Thank you both!

A trail of incompetence that ended in disaster.My mother went without her medication for 3 days then after my wife chasing them up she got her delivery.But only 7 days supply. My wife spoke them and they promised more would come before the 7 days was up.Did not happen.Then for 8 days my wife chased them up. 4 times they promised they would come that day. The other days she couldn't get them to answer the phone (23 attempts to get through).After 8 days my mother had a stroke.She is now in Hull Royal Infirmary. The left side of her brain is destroyed. She can't talk or eat. The doctors don't think she will be with us for us much longer.You decide for yourself you want to trust them with your life or your loved ones.

Staff were so helpful! I had quite a complicated procedure that needed to be done today and the team were really really good at communicating and reducing my anxiety. They were honest too so i was always aware what was happening and constantly asked me if I wanted to pause etc. Fantastic team. Thank you

Affordable healthcare services! The doctor I saw was caring and generous about his time. He gave me good, necessary advices. He referred me to an A&E at a right time when I was feeling terrible with my UTI infection which I could not cope any longer. The place is welcoming but the most important thing is they diagnosed my problem which was not diagnosed elsewhere and they sent me to a right place in order to have access to a right treatment. Thank you so much.

Belated review regarding a Blood Test I didn't end up getting.The website is far too convoluted with regards to blood tests, as I had planned to get one to help examine my nutritional levels (due to being on a plant based diet). Despite the website coming across as offering a test to help with this, upon arriving it seems that the clinic only offer several tests worth hundreds of pounds in order to deduce that. This was unclearly stated on the site, which ultimately left me £79 out of pocket for a consultation which was essentially your best bet is to go to the GP and ask them to do the tests". 2 stars because the GP who thankfully didn't end up taking any blood was friendly and had a good demeanour but 1* Service otherwise. This review comes having sent the clinic my complaint through (both personally and through the GP I met) but to no avail other than a seemingly automated response."

Very professional level of service. Dr. Elizabeth Chege herself greeted me and escorted me to the consultation room .Th office was very appealing decor. Results and updates were relayed to me professionally. I am extremely happy I used this service

Horrific. My own fault for not reading the reviews. Doc cancels 20 mins before appointment but i was already round the corner. (I live an hr away) Receptionist rude and unhelpful, serious attitude problem. Do not use unless you want poor service and high costs.

Great reception, extremely patient with my questions and professional service.

Called up, it said a 3 minute estimated wait time, I was kept on hold for an HOUR, then got hung up on without even speaking to anybody!! I understand long wait times due to covid, but if that’s that case, don’t tell people it’ll be less than 3 minutes, or change things around to make the process smoother!
