A really useful visit to see if we could find a new sofa we liked. Thought I might come away with some ideas but fell in love with THE sofa and now know which one to choose. Charlotte guided us through the differences and the options and knew the answers to all of our questions. She was really helpful & lovely too. Highly recommend asking Charlotte to advise anyone on their sofa purchase, she was a big help!

The workshop cafe is an absolute treat, I’d almost go as far as saying the best place to eat in Norwich. The small dishes are delicious, flavoursome and healthy. I love that it’s focussed on a breakfast/lunch/afternoon vibe rather than selling out for evening dinners. It’s decor is vivacious, relaxed and a little bohemian. Great to see you back in full flow after the pandemic. Thanks!

Having known the owner for years and classing him a friend I used him for carpets because he is a small business I insisted on underlay even though he didn't think I would need it and in total was charged £545 for half carpets half lino the underlay was not fitted and Mark has since ignored all my messages which only makes him look guilty seeing the same job done same carpet and lino on a bigger room with underlay from him for only £45 more has proven to me I have been overcharged if I was in the wrong surley I would have this proven to me I did not want to take this to trading standards but as I am running out of time to get my money back this way I am being left with no choice this whole experience has saddened me as Mark had been a good friend to me over the years so this has

Large shopping outlet for clothes, shoes, household goods and bed linens for people over 50 plus, both men and women. Cafe also on site but rather pricey so go across the way and use Morrison's

I love this shop us usually go in to buy kids presents but had never got furniture there. Needed an extra sofa.. Bought the Swyft 01 two seater. Although the exact sofa I wanted online wasn’t there to try, the staff showed me the 01 chair and another sofa of the same dimensions so between the chair and the other sofa I got a good idea of the size and feel of it. Needed to check it was big enough to lie on! They were so courteous and helpful, had tape measures & advice and placed the order quickly for me. It arrived very quickly. Great value, happy customer!

Why build an ikea where you should be able to buy what you wanted under one roof to find out you have to drive down the road to pick up a large item from another warehouse and have to queue again.

The store has a new layout to make room for more Iceland goods. Like most stores at the moment I thought the prices were higher. Biggest gripe is that they got rid of their coffee shop as there is a new Starbucks outside, but I avoid Starbucks on moral grounds so it is a shopping trip without a sit down and relaxing coffee.

After reading the reviews I firstly would like to say that this company is not a scam and they genuinely have some beautiful pieces of furniture.We enquired about some furniture in May 2021 but wanted to actually feel and see the furniture before we committed to buying anything. Marcus kindly booked us an appointment at the Showroom in Nottinghamshire as he understood how we felt.We had a drive to the showroom and met with Adam who was very helpful and showed us the options that were available to us! We sent across the measurements of our room and a layout of what we had a we were sent some drawings of possible options for the furniture we had chosen which we were over the moon with.We ordered a bespoke Moreland Harris Tweed and Brown Leather Chester Club no corner modular Design 15, 3 seat Right, 3 Seat left and 2 Kensington Chairs and a patchwork beanbag. We also opted to have these reinforced.The delivery was estimated at 12-14 weeks.The delivery did run over slightly due to problems everyone was dealing with due to Covid but when they were delivered (Sept) the team that delivered everything were very friendly and kept us up to date with timings. They came right on time when they said they would.Marcus and the team were fantastic through the process of the design and ordering.I fell in love with our furniture the minute it came into our home.

Brilliant service, and great to see the items & feel the mattress so much better than online lots of different prices to suit budgets. My new superking size bed is awesome. Diolch!
