Ice cream equipment supplier

Shocking service from this company, spent £14,000 on a grill and it came faulty, they sent out about 10 engineers, all they did was waste our burger patties by testing the machine, but no one could actually fix the machine, due to this it has cost me business by losing customers because of the machine not cooking the patties evenly, the service was excellent before purchased the machine but after sales service is truly shocking and it’s under warranty as well - I’ve been in touch with a solicitor and will be taking this further. I advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Clearly it’s not just me who’s having issues with these machines, it’s a lot of others too. A joke of a company.
