We were recommended KRD by a family member having had a bad experience with a particularly pushy financial advisor previously. We asked Kevin and his team to provide us with life insurance policies and they were excellent. Kevin was quick to point out where we could improve or make more efficient our policy. They were thorough, friendly and listened to what we asked. We would highly recommend KRD.

Jon has been fantastic with helping my partner and I buy our first home. As first time buyers we were not the most clued in with how the process of buying a house works. Jon was able to help us every step of the way, answering any questions we had and was able to explain everything to us. He found the best mortgage rate for us and was very quick at submitting our mortgage application. However he didn’t stop there and was able to advise us on the next steps with the solicitors and estate agents, etc.Would definitely use again!

9 only reviews tell you a lot about this company, if there was a minus rating,I would give -10 the claims specialist bleating on about random garbage,that they no more, and that they are a mutual to make money for there members. Disgusting sales tactics ,stay clear, cancelled our policy, waste of time and money.thats just from asking advice.

Beth was very helpful and efficient when arranging my mortgage, listening carefully to my needs and requests and explaining processes to me - not to mention initially helping me get started with the process really quickly when I wanted to put an offer on a property with a short-notice closing date! I have worked with Faye and Pennine Wealth for a number of years and hold a variety of investments in pensions, international bonds, ISA's unit trusts, VCT's, EIS's, Life Policies as well as trusts and gift and loan schemes and I have found Faye to be equally knowledgeable across the entire range of investment vehicles. I love the way Faye takes a lifetime tax liability approach to investment advice with a view to creating a bespoke portfolio tailored to your individual need aiming to derive the maximum yield with the minimum tax (whilst of course always staying within the current rules!).The team (Becky is also a top, top star) are always there to work through the admin and take the pain of paperwork away from the clients as far as regulation allows.I have worked with a bad advisor in the past so can clearly discern a very knowledgeable and caring practitioner when I meet one and that is Faye from first handshake to cheery goodbye. I went to Wayne at Fridays after the previous broker pulled a fast one on me for our mortgage at a different company . Wayne’s service at Fridays was so efficient, professional, thorough and reassuring throughout the entire mortgage application process. And let’s be honest it’s a lot of work and admin and paper work they have to do! And he was brilliant! Can’t fault them! Within two weeks we had our mortgage offer! The Fridays team is second to none! If you’re looking for a mortgage I highly recommend them! Best experience by far!
