Pretty nice place. The power tools counter was a highlight for me, though the guy who used to run it was a lot nicer and better looking than who they have now. Not there as often as I used to be, but still don't mind the occasional visit.

We have used cpi for excess of 3 years and all in all they have been quite poor. Random delivery's and over the last 2 years they gave us a app to use that didn't work at all! Take orders over the phone then say they hadn't received them so we have to now send a email to prove it, we get passed from the Bilston plant to the rep then the rep to the plant and still no conclusion, then on top of that they can't keep refills within 4 weeks to keep a 4+2 gang of bricklayers going without running out! We have been let down by them and lost work and labour because of them a number of times. Future sites we won't be using them at all. As in their contract they charge you for not taking a delivery or won't send a delivery out if your bills not up to date yet take no liability if they don't provide you with a regular service in any way shape or form. So they can do what they want and we have to be held at their mercy.So all in all not the best as a company but very polite on the phone.
