Pirates And Princesses Parties
We hired Alex for my son's christening last weekend and this girl is worth her weight in gold! We had her for 2 hours for slush and balloon modelling. I've never seen so many happy children! I even managed to sample a slush myself and it was delicious....and my son's balloon is still going strong a week on. Very reasonably priced with no hidden extra charges. I can’t stress enough how disappointed I am in the service. After falling life threatening ill abroad I was supported by a very helpful advisor. But once returning home and submitting my claim, it has been hell and I am being ignored after providing evidence from several medical professionals of how severe my sickness was. So severe that I was admitted to hospital in the UK and have been sick on several occasions due to stress. I am taking legal action as this is unacceptable, especially after opting for a premium insurance.

I paid for a premium policy with what I thought was a reputable company. I had a claim which was clearly valid from the beginning and was ultimately paid out accordingly. However the service I received from Friends Life was completely unsatisfactory and made what should have been a stress free period of my life a lot worse than i would have expected. Completely inept and their service bears no resemblance to the charter they promise to abide by. I've just received the feedback survey and look forward to completing it! Avoid avoid avoid!!!
