Recently purchased a new to us Lexus nx300h from Sidcup Lexus and the service could not have been better. From first contact to when the car was handed over to us, the friendliness, professionalism and responsiveness was amazing.Excellent service, highly recommended and a special thanks to Alfie.

Was on the hunt for a new car for my wife, and after a few visits and test drives, finally went for a mint Mini Cooper F56, low mileage and great spec car. Needless to say she’s delighted with it (me too). Great wee car to drive. Would recommend popping in for a visit if your looking for something special, as that’s what they have in stock.

Very poor service from their Edinburgh Harley Davidson dealership. Sold them my bike on the agreement they settled the finance. They immediately sold the bike before settling the finance and took their time doing that.

If I could give zero stars for after sales I would. An hour trying to find out about my car and line still busy!

Excellent service from them. As I’m up north they made buying a car very easy multiple videos of the car I bought so I knew when I was coming to pick it up that car was to my expectation.

Once again a visit to Snows Exeter Lexus resulted in our purchase of our second lexus, we specifically wanted to deal with Phil Cooper who we had dealt with previously and seeing as he made the last purchase so very relaxed and enjoyable we wanted the same experience.Suffice to say Phil did not disappoint once again his relaxed,informative, non pushy experienced manner made our whole buying process simple and very enjoyable.Needless to say we drove away in our Lexus UX which we are really, really happy with not having to worry about a thing all sorted by Phil. Had a look at some cars here, we decided to buy a BMW x5. The salesman Derek Fulton was so helpful ,nothing was too much trouble for him. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone interested in buying a car, ask for Derek and I'm sure you will be as happy as we are.

Knew I wanted a Lexus NX, and Lexus Stoke helped me get into one. Had the car a month and it's everything I'd hoped for. My full purchase story of this car started in another Lexus dealership where I felt poorly treated by the Sales Mgt. I then reviewed cars further afield and spoke to Joe, at Lexus Stoke. I traded in my car, and got a fair price on the exchange. Joe was professional, courteous and very helpful. Highly recommend!! In fact we may buy a second Lexus in the next 18 months, and we'd head for Stoke
