We were last minute in trying to get a new bike box for a new bike.. Festka..before our overseas travel. The Customer Service Team was very responsive and did everything they could to get the box sent quickly. There were no promises for timing, but it all came through faster than expected, and the box was perfect. Thank you!

Been using it since 2019, good quality conversion. Very good and accommodating service as well..., once visited their workshop as well at Leamington Spa as well so I can see directly how they works. Good thing, as well now they have partners for service centre in London. Completely recommend this if you think tonadd electric conversion on to you Brompton.

They did a superb job, they turned up on time and explained the process throughout from the Survey stage right through the end.

I reported an issue with a fault battery and two great engineers came out a week later to replace. They were both extremely friendly and professional and even helped me with a couple of requests I had about set up of the inverter/battery and access to the Pure Drive app. Thanks to Bradley White and Ollie Burge, top class service.

Everyone at the company is so helpful and welcoming. We were able to visit and were shown samples, larger pieces, and examples of finished worktops.Emma was very accommodating to changes, doing the alterations almost instantly.Installers were quick, efficient, and very friendly.Worktops are great, and all our visitors comment on them.Cannot recommend this company enough.

We had a 16m x 3.2m Curved Canopy installed. It look lovely, good quality and good price. The company is excellent, everyone is very efficient to deal with. The guy came and installed are amazing, very hard working and polite. We highly recommend it.
