I've been using Alden's for delivery for a few years now but I've never got to visit their store. I happened to be in the area and was very impressed! Not only did it have all the meat you could need, it also had an extensive fruit and veg section with great quality at very reasonable prices.I signed up for the loyalty card at the checkout and will definitely be back!

Got my first order from you on Thursday. Today cooked the lamb joint you sent with mint, oregano, thyme, sage and rosemary from our garden. The meat was superb - tender, fantastic flavour and easy to cook and carve. Thank you.

THEY ARE A RIP OFF DO NOT GET FROM HERE THE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE I ONCE PAID FOR A TEN POUND CHICKEN AND GAVE A FIFTY NOTE AND HE DIDNT GIVE CHANGE

Poor quality of beef supplied. Very arrogant management and front staff. No professional approach towards customers.

Brought this tray today from garrisons garden centre in titchfield, farmers section of the shop for £3 for 2 wasn't cheap for me,(thought oh yum) upon cooking as per instructions, one bite was enough to say so so salty , couldn't even taste the lamb let alone the spices...ended up throwing in the bin ...what a waste, your age market is mainly aimed at the healthy or age related these would benefit never .....

This place has the worst and rudest staff you could find especially the females. I bought from them yesterday and since I'm a regular customer I know what the price was of the item I was buying but when I was at the tills I was overcharged. So I went to politely speak to the female who was at the till and she was being very rude about the whole situation while I was still calm. On top of all that she started to put up a fight when all I did was go and talk to her about what happened. Clearly she wasn't happy working that day but she didn't need to take it out on customers. Guys I wouldn't recommend coming here but if you do please check your receipts before you leave the store. I just hope this store teach their workers on how to treat customer and hopefully this shop improves on their poor management. But at this rate it doesn't look like it will change.

I have been buying meat from wick farm for around two years, in the last 6 months or so I have notice the quality of meat has been going downhill, I bought a shoulder of lamb and when I went home and opened the bag, the lamb had a greenish tinge to it and smelt so bad, I rang the farm and explained that the lamb smelt, the bloke on the phone was rude and made out I was lying. My husband took the meat back and the same bloke was very rude to my husband and told him the lamb didn’t smell and what did my husband want in an aggressive manner. I will not be shopping from there again, poor quality meat and rude staff.
