Ivetsey Bank Hospital | Active Care Group
Still having ptsd flashbacks from having spent 10 months here 17 years ago. The one star is for a few staff members who went above and beyond but it was their individual kindness, not the hospital or it's practices that gained this star.Abuse and negligence was swept under the rug and actually made into a joke by certain staff, with zero repercussions for the staff member that committed the abuse. Please never send loved ones there. I went in with an eating disorder and came out with life long trauma and a lack of respect and understanding about body boundaries that made me vulnerable to the future sexual assaults I have experienced. They convientienty reported to have destroyed my notes when I requested them in the years to follow, despite been in the legal time frame in which records must be kept.

St Paul's Pharmacy
The main pharmacist giving Covid and Flu jabs just made my wife cry because he was so rude to her. Then told her to leave without giving her the jab. Looking at other reviews this place needs to take a hard look at the way it treats customers. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

My aunt recently stayed at this facility. I recently found out off my mother how my aunt was treated. My aunt is in her 90s and was left feeling very embarrassed about her situation. I am totally appalled how any care worker could leave any person in such a state. I definitely would not recommend this place. This needs to be investigated. I am wondering how many other families have gone through this.

Depends on who you speak to. Some are professional but some fall into the habit of automatically pathologizing and gaslighting trauma that has been caused by situations, the world and life experience. I don't want to hear the word 'safeguarding' ever again.

Health-Success
As a young woman who has battled with deep self-esteem and confidence issues for most of my life, I had tried everything I could think of to try and help myself - person-centred counselling, CBT, self-help books and videos, even anti-depressants, but all to no avail. I couldn't find a way to resolve these issues that were taking over my life and I felt so broken. I used to trawl through the Internet looking for new things I could try in the hope of one day feeling better and one day I came across Diane and her NLP work. I didn't have much faith in anything by this point but what I read on her website left me intrigued so I arranged a call with Diane.Three sessions later and I feel transformed! I feel like my mind has had a big spring clean and all of my negatives have been dusted away. I can't thank Diane enough for the work she has done with me and for the new perspectives she has given me on life and the issues that have caused me so much unhappiness for so long. I walked out of her office feeling brand new. The techniques Diane uses are truly amazing and I will carry them with me forever and practice them whenever I need a bit of support. It's also great to work with someone who is so passionate about her work and has a genuine desire to help people. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!Thank you Diane for everything - you are inspiring!

Bowmere Hospital
Very bad hospital that treats angency staff anyhow.. especially a nurse on Juniper called VIVIEN from cameroun. She treats her own african people who come to work there like they are enemies. Reporting them to be blocked from the trust. Very wicked woman she is. She is one of the reason why they most agencies dont want to work there.

Really glad I attended. It was very worthwhile and really opened my eyes to aspects of mental health that I hadn’t previously thought about. I think everyone can do better in the mental health arena – individuals and employees alike. I'm keen to further my learning in this field and become a mental health first aider.
