I found the process of having a D4 medical form very straight forward. It took just 15 minutes with the doctor very familiar with the form which helps the process move smoothly.Will use again.

Excellent advice along with excellent service from the very first message. Samantha is so friendly and caring yet professional throughout. I’m more than happy with the treatment I received (IPL laser on small veins on my face) I now need more and will 100% be travelling to Samantha for it. Good pricing. I went for full face but Samantha explained I only needed patches therefore was cheaper. This shows me it is a passion not just a job. Thank you Samantha and I will be back.

Very poor level of service, worse because of the industry and the need for quality service.Easy to sign up for and submit referrals - unfortunately after this point, it is all downhill.Lead times for appointments are 3 - 6 weeks, they cancel appointments on the day (3 hours notice) - the customer service is some of the worst that I have ever experienced and they appear to have no concern for the individuals that are being referred or the SME's that rely on the service. Complaint resolution is nonexistent.Once the current referrals I have outstanding are concluded, I will be moving to an alternative provider.

The actual doctors and nurses themselves are absolutely fine, but the service that this medical centre offers is just shocking. It's nigh-on-impossible to get an appointment, and if you do, it most certainly won't be within 2 months of booking it. Telephone appointments are the favourite thing here, with often no solution coming out of them. If you have the option to go elsewhere, do!

I 100% recommend Samantha Ward Aesthetics!Ive been getting monthly microdermabrasion treatments with Sam for nearly a year now! i have really missed this over the 4 months of lockdown and on Saturday i finally got back to my treatments. I cannot explain how clean, smooth and amazing my skin feels again. Sam is just perfect, and i always feel welcome to message her instagram for advice if my skin is having a flare up. When beginning treatments, Sam gives you a free consultation, evaluating your skin, and telling you what she believes is the best option for you. During sessions, my skin has gone from being red with acne and scars, to more clear and less painful, with the mixture of microdermabrasion and the Pill, which Sam recommended. Her new premises looks fabulous, and has such a calming vibe, which is perfect after a hard week at work. Sam has taken every precaution to ensure herself and customers are safe during this pandemic, and i still feel as comfortable as ever.I am looking forward to trying out new beauty treatments soon.lots of love, Em x
