I stumbled across this vape shop yesterday by accident. I usually have a regular vape shop that I go to on temple row in the city centre. However, due to my long working hours, I couldn't be arsed to get the bus into the main city centre and then back home in between 12 hour shifts and was very short on vape juice. Everybody well knows that car parking costs, busy car parks etc are a nightmare in the city centre. Parking isn't the best in the Jewellery Quarter but it's not as bad as the main city centre. Anyway, their was a lovely, helpful and well mannered lady on the till. I was very impressed as a first time customer here. The shop itself was immaculate and nicely decorated. I tend to pay very close attention to detail (even the smallest of things). First impressions is the difference between me coming back again or not returning. The shop was busy as people were constantly coming in and out. Everyone of them purchased something, which I thought was a very good sign as it shows how highly people rate the shop. What I also like about this place, is the energy drinks fridge. So not only did the shop have a massive range of different vape juices (quality brands at reasonable prices) I also purchased some lovely flavored energy drinks, which I needed as I was short on sleep. Early days, but I would recommend this place to others and will return myself.

Only called I for some top up oil,but pointed me in the right direction as there are a lot of different oils nowadays. Helpful.

I bought a battery I was told it had 3 years warranty, battery went flat after 8 months, I returned the battery twice both times they checked and said the battery is fine I took the car to the main dealer for diagnosis the dealership said the battery is gone they and still didn't refund. time wasters and selling rubbish.

Great staff , quick loading times

Found the oil and vinegars from Spain that are not available in the US from this great purveyor in the UK. Very helpful and accommodating for my delivery requirement. We will definitely buy from them again. Simone, thank you for all of your help.
