Wonderful practice with wonderful staff!!I had my first ever blood test and I was really nervous but Dr Lesley G was incredible! She was so lovely and put my mind at ease and I didn’t feel a thing! Makes such a difference going to a practice with great doctors/nurses. Highly recommend

I am very disappointed and upset at my experience with a face-to-face appointment with Dr. Jxxx,I went to see a doctor in this clinic because I'd had scalp inflammation and mental health getting worse after I told this GP my mental health situation and doctor just said:( what do you want me to help you? ) What a joke!!And didn't prescribe me anything for my scalp inflammation and only asked what kind of medicine my previous family doctor in Canada had given to me last year. I and my partner kept waiting at the reception area and discussed it with the receptionist, and finally, I got prescribed the next day.To be honest, I had two phone consultations with another two doctors they were kind and very professional.

Salford Quays Practice's reception team is rude and unprofessional. Trying to sort a doc appointment for my wife's killer headache over the phone was a real letdown. The receptionist insisted I talk to a pharmacist, not a doc, even though I explained we already hit up the emergency doc over the weekend and that she might need an advanced medical diagnostic like a radio. When I pressed for a doc appointment, she passed me to a colleague who slammed the phone down right away. And guess what? This isn't the first time this dodgy phone game has happened at this place. Hope the practice takes action against the girls shameful behaviour at the recept desk. For reference, this happened on 20 Nov 2023 at 14:40

Visited the GP surgery two weeks ago with what I thought was a chest infection, I had waited 5 days before booking an appointment already but I had got to the point I could hardly breath. I had an in person appointment where I was told its just viral and I just need to get in with it". Come away from the surgery and sobbed cos I was so I'll and I'd tried all OTC treatments and resting and so on. Still feeling really unwell I very luckily had private medical insurance through work who saw me within an hour and confirmed my diagnosis with pneumonia and said we needed to act quick to prevent a hospital stay etc.Bed manner is awful

I've been a patient at the Quays Practice for a couple of years and during this time have benefited from their wholesome support. The medical staff are incredibly helpful and genuinely caring. I've had blood tests and ecg taken by Lesley Ann Greenhalg, she did does such an amazing job and fitted both of these in the same appointment so that i wouldn't need to come by twice. There is minimal bruising from the blood test the way she does it. Have had several appointments with Mrs Natalie Mason, she is incredibly helpful and kind. Also recently had a phone appointment with a pharmacist named Jennifer, she patiently listened to my concerns and gave me great advice about the medications providing temporary relief and the importance of putting in place lifestyle routines for longterm solutions. Would recommend strongly to anyone living in the area.

This was probably the best GP experience I have ever had. Dr Salim took the time to talk me through all of my symptoms and offer thoughtful and useful advice. All of my questions were answered and I felt I left the call feeling more positive and equipped with an action plan for my care.
