Outdoor furniture shop

Lovely items for the home. Plants are healthy and looked after. It's quite expensive though. Especially the Christmas section. Restaurant is ok, bit pricey. Dogs are allowed. Obviously, well behaved ones. It's card payments only. Which is why I only gave 4 stars. Should give the customers the option. Some people prefer to pay by cash.

The staff where friendly and very helpful very professional

We had a great experience dealing with the team at Kover-it. Our project was in France, and so we did the measuring and installation ourselves, but the team devised an elegant solution for us and produced a set of curtains and supports that do their job perfectly. They met every deadline. We are really happy with the end results - which look very smart.

An interesting homewares store on the High Street. The shop sells a range of furniture and textiles, lamps and art for a fairly high budget.

We had afternoon tea for a birthday treat. We really enjoyed it. The cakes were delicious. The table was very pretty. We were made to feel very special by Sarah who was very attentive. Would definitely recommend.

Great products but long wait on deliveries

We'd been looking for some comfy, hard wearing, sturdy garden chairs that could withstand severe winds, and didnt need winter storage space. These appear to fit the bill. Early days, but they look lovely and are definitely very sturdy. The service from the owners of the company is superb. Emails and phone calls answered promptly and courteously with no hard sell techniques. The delivery of the fully assembled furniture (such a bonus) was quick and trouble free. They even set them up on the balcony for us. We're now looking forward to some nice weather so we can enjoy them.

Very very disappointed and unhappy with our Ludlow 4 seater sofa bed. The sofa bed action can be seen when folded away and is at a strange angle so head lower than feet when lying down. Customer service has been slow and uncooperative with us constantly having to chase for updates. We have been made to feel a nuisance rather than valued customers. An expensive but beautiful looking sofa sadly let down by poor build quality, bad quality control and disappointing customer support.Would definitely not recommend.

Fantastic little gem of a place something for everyone and lots of character. Staff were friendly and hard working, will definitely be going back
