Pet funeral service

Absolutely fantastic service, we unfortunately had to say goodbye to our beloved chameleon John Boi, he was collected the same day as enquiring and returned within a week, staff are amazing and super supportive, we now have John Boi back home. Thankyou Hampshire Pet Cremations.

Just left our darling Alfie at Bluebell Wood Pet Crematory we couldn’t have wished for a better service than we had from Jen, Thank you so much for the reassurance that Alfie will be treated with respect and the dignity he so deserves. Our hearts are broken but there’s reassurance knowing he’s left in peace in a beautiful place.

Through what was the most heartbreaking and devastating thing any pet lover could go through, St Giles was absolutely fantastic on how they treated are beloved pet, The way they reassured us as a family and how they comforted us through empathy and compassion will be something I will always cherish. I would like to say a huge thank you for treating our cat Thomas with dignity and respect.

I rang up first thing on a Tuesday morning after having my baby unexpectedly put to sleep the night before.I had an appointment the same day, being offered a later appointment to calm my emotions down.The crematorium is in a lovely quiet place, all you can hear are birds. Such a beautiful place.My little boy was handled with care and respect and we said our goodbyes in the family room.We were told he would be ready to pick up on Thursday.We collected him and he was perfectly presented in a lovely tin, his fur clippings in a lovely card as well as his cremation certificate.The whole journey has been extremely emotional but we felt at ease as soon as we arrived at C.LI will be coming back again in the future

Extremely professional service

Lovely place. Steve set my mind at ease straight away when I called to arrange my dog Harvey’s cremation. Very caring when talking you through process and when we came to pick him up again. Would highly recommend. Thought the flower filled dog beds outside were a lovely touch.

We contacted Jan after our furbaby, Willow, crossed rainbow bridge unexpectedly after an accident. I had seen a facebook post a while back. Cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. Jan was so lovely as we discussed our options and was sympathetic to how i was feeling. Willow was collected the same day, we were kept updated throughout until she was returned to us within 48hrs. In such a difficult time it was reassuring to know our girl was well looked after. Thank you Jan.

Un jour, j'étais chez Mc Donald's et la machine à Mc Flurry était cassé donc pour me remercier de mon attente la gentille dame de derrière la caisse m'a fait un énorme Mc Flurry dans un grand verre vide avec nappage chocolat + caramel et m&m's + daim.Jusqu'à ma visite du Pull & Pool QG je pensais que c'était le plus beau jour de ma vie.Merci. Mille fois merci. Encore merci.

Chris and Chris were amazing, we dropped out hamster off with them as he was small enough to take ourselves rather than a pick up. They were so lovely and even offered a lift back to the tube stop as they weren’t on a pick up. Would definitely recommend to anyone who unfortunately needs this service as it made the whole situation feel a lot more comforting. Thank you❤️

Tried calling landline and mobile from 9am to 12 pm sent text mesages but nothing had to travel to leighton buzzard instead, would be wise to leave a message on the website or voicemail if your not available. its distressing to lose a member of the family and to have at home for that length of time trying to make arrangements, no reply to text or call back even the day after.
