Very welcoming to the shop and very knowledgeable. Great prices, lovely coral and invert stock.

Surprisingly easy to get to. The A1 (N) and take J66 to Kibblesworth. House is not so easy to find. No 53 is in the corner.I start with 5* and deduct as necessary. The look of the garden is lovely and the size of it is very big. Huge choice of food, equipment and of course fish. The range of plants is adequate. But for customer service skills I’d give him 1/10. A fair reflection of that is a deduction of 3*. He was helpful but his attitude was terrible. He really did treat us I thought like we were thick. He could be so much better and more popular if he learned custom service skills. How to be pleasant and approachable. I could go again but I would need to have total apathy towards him.

Been having problems with uv which failed bought replacement unit which blew couple of bulbs spoke to water gardening direct and they were amazingSent my unit back for testing found to be ok and James pointed all the potential things that could be causing my problems and what to checkOrdered some parts from them and they were delivered next day .These will be my go to place as you can tell they have great knowledge of products and don’t just fob you off with anything also have time to explain things to you.Thank you water gardening direct keep up the good work

Store is looking a little tired but managed to pick up a fish I couldn't find anywhere else and staff were helpful and polite.

Staff were lovely when I visited.Sadly the fish I purchased died from ich after 3 weeks despite my attempts to save it, which was very distressing. It cost nearly £40, plus the medication to treat it. All in all an expensive and very sad experience.

Great service great price very knowledgeable

My pond was in dire need of attention. It is 30 years old and has had two different filter systems fitted by me a total amateur. The plants were overgrown, the waterfall leaked and the filter needed attention. To the rescue came Matt Adlington That Pond Guy" who has an encyclopedic knowledge of all things related to ponds
