Very well looked after, needs a ticket machine and deserves a better level of service

Caught the train from here and went to Chester for the day. What a lovely ride. Clean train nice people and fantastic views all for a very reasonable price

Got served by Cheryl this morning and missed my train due to her spraying and cleaning even 5 seconds! I always use my smart card and top up every month but today was the first time getting served by cheryl & she was doing unnecessary checks. Really annoyed by her attitude and the way she continuously kept spraying and wiping I was there for about 3 minutes and within that time she has sprayed & wipes about 5-6 times when she knew I was in a hurry there’s keeping clean & there’s also taking p

I just visited to view the signal box, but found the station equally charming.

The station building has very limited opening hours and seems to close around mid day, but when it is open there is a little shop in side to buy coffee and a selection of treats. There is a ticket machine outside to buy tickets but this is often out of service. Go to the toilet before going to this station!There is a medium size car park that is pay for parking, there are also waiting and drop off bays. There are bike racks to lock a bike to, but these are often busy.The platform can be quite cold, but there are a few shelters to hide from the wind. The step on to and off the train is a lot higher compared to other stations, so be careful.

Just went to my local station (Cheadle Hulme) and used the ticket machine to print my tickets. It broke down mid print, went to the person on the station desk who told me nothing they can do as the machines are nothing to do with them! They can't print any more because the computer will say you've already had them, so (shrugging his shoulders) you'll have to contact the people you purchased them from. World class customer service!

Its just a tiny village station with one train every half hour going either Tonbridge or Redhill. One single ticket machine - the place is unmanned 24/7.

Very good station on Elizebeth Line connecting to Paddington etc, with very helpful friendly staff and lifts working to get to platforms. Thank you! :)
