Perfect Cafe & Shake (Walsall)
My boyfriend placed as order and we received Inedible food. There was also a hair in my sandwich. Toast was soggy and burnt and the food had a strange taste, couldn’t even eat it.

Good layout well presented and as good choice if not better than such as Sainsburys.There's even Parking. Rapidly becoming unavailable ever since EDC introduced so many kerb poles for so few cyclist. Only lacks is a parcel return point for Amazon, UPS or Hermes ect.

I have always find most Starbucks very pleasant apart from the one I visited today, Village Hotel - Dudley where the staff serving me was not professional and did not seem to know what drinks they offer. She left top lid loose and I burnt myself but not got any apologies. Will not be going to this one ever again but will use other Starbucks

Half of the items out of stock, and mot only that, I can understand working a customer focused role can be a drain now and then. But some of the interactions with customers isn't great. Replying like the customer is just a pain in the A**e and looking at them like wow I haven't got all day hurry up" is not really a great attitude to have."
