My first experience with Joy’s integrated healing was incredible. After witnessing the effects of my daughter’s anxiety disappearing I had to try it for myself. I had been struggling with a niggling back pain. Joy wasn’t aware of this however during the most relaxing healing session she identified that I had an aura leak. This is something that I hadn’t even considered. She worked her magic and sealed the leak. Pretty much straight away the pain eased and the next day it was completely gone! Joy is a truly wonderful practitioner and I highly recommend that everyone books in for a session.

After many months of struggling to sleep properly, I thought I would try Hypnotherapy and found Andrea on the web. Her website was very useful in finding out more about her and the process, the videos in particular were very informative. I had four appointments, am sleeping more soundly and feel so much more invigorated during the day. I have to admit I was a little sceptical at first but open minded enough to try it and am thankful to Andrea in how she has improved the quality of my life.

Mark is a highly skilled and knowledgeable Therapist. He supervised my work for a number of years and I still return to him to supervise mine, when needed. His depth of knowledge and unique style of working is amazing, if you want change and if u want results, or simply peace of mind in this crazy world this is the place to get either.

I recently had some Applied Movement Neurology (AMN) therapy with Dave for my sciatica and it was the best decision I've ever made!I didn't know what to expect having never had it before but Dave puts you at ease straight away.Dave is incredibly skilled at what he does and can tell you all sorts about your body you didn't even realise yourself!I would highly recommend Dave for any aches pains or injuries as I can tell you my sciatica so far has subsided since my session! thanks, Dave for helping me out of my pain misery ☺

For a good few months, I'd been suffering from tightness and a dull ache in my right shoulder blade. I happened to mention this to Dave one afternoon, and he showed me several different stretches etc I could perform to relieve some of the pain.A few days later I thanked him as I noticed an improvement in my flexibility and had less pain in the shoulder blade.Dave proceeded to tell me to lie face down on a mat (I was sceptical at first) and relax my body. He then performed some sort of massage on my bad shoulder and it instantly felt better. No pain at all.Ever since the massage treatment, I have suffered zero pain or discomfort, and with the stretches, I have a greater range of movement.Thanks Dave.
