Fantastic work performed by Pauline and her team. I had lost some weight and had two davourite Leather Jean Jackets and two favourite Leather Blazers adjusted to look better on my new frame. Highly recommend.

This was my first time having a made to measure jacket. Sarah made the process really easy. Answered all my questions and the finished product was amazing. Will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

I received another OB backpack today. Its the suede Peru bag and its in ocean blue. I absolutely love it. I had a poor experience with this company in terms of quality and customer service.They shortened my jacket sleeves and repositioned the zips. Unfortunately they left a gap at the top of each zip where it meets the seam - a gap you can see clothes underneath through.I pointed this out on collection and the guy on the shop floor went to speak to the lady who did the work. He came back to say it wasn't their fault I explained why that couldn't be the case and he went to get the lady who did the work. She was really aggressive. At first she said it would have been too difficult not to leave the gap and that it wasn't that bad. I said I was disappointed there was a hole you could see my clothes underneath through - she started arguing with me that it was a gap not a hole (so pointless). I said it was an expensive repair and wasn't quite right (£140) - she said it was insignificant compared to the other work they do there (charming) and got back into another round of hole vs gap. I asked her to stop being rude and after a bit of fluster she calmed down. She said she would have another go at it if I really wanted. In the end I decided just to leave it as I didn't have confidence in her after she'd initially said it was too hard for her to do, and I didn't want her to keep reworking the leather.Basically I wouldn't waste your money with this company - it wasn't a good enough alteration for the money, and they weren't nice to deal with.

needed a leather jacket for motorcycling and couldn't get an off the peg that fitted , after contacting Paul he took up the challenge and made one , a complete no drama experience, as I lived in Ireland he couldnt do the measuring himself but with my measurements , he made a canvas sample and posted it , after photo's and sample were sent back he set about making the actual jacket, it was spot on , top quality leather and workmanship , would I recommend Wearwolf ? , absolutely , for quality , customer service , and price . A1+

Visited the shop today (7/09/23) at Cheshire Oaks outlet store, where we were remembered straight away by David from our visit a couple of months back. He was on shift with another gentleman called Josh. Can not fault these guys and their customer service enough. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very informative and helpful with stock. Their customer service alone is enough for us to make sure we visit again. Great guys. An absolute credit to the company.

Received delivery a couple of weeks ago of my awesome mens leather coat in black. I just love my new coat. It just oozes quality and style and was just what I wanted. This is my second purchase from this company and have never been disappointed. Paul and his team are First class in ensuring the customer is always happy and I've always had my emails swiftly replied to. Cannot recommend highly enough this seller. You won't be disappointed.
