Silk plant shop

Always a lovely shop to look around full of lots of treasures! I've bought many items for my home, as gifts and for my business. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Also their IG account is well worth a follow!

Absolutely brilliant all our flowers were perfect and the brides bouquet was absolutely gorgeous everything was worth the money and definitely amazing quality flowers we had to and our brides bouquet back because she wanted a bigger one and it was perfect either way definitely world recommend cx

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. Damaged item upon delivery. Was warned there is a possibility this could break transit but was reassured with a description of how it could be packaged to prevent this. So with this confidence I decided to take the risk. This is how the item came packaged in a battered reused cardboard box and some half deflated cushion packaging with plenty of room for the item to move around in the box. It was always going to break. And not packaged how described. Really disappointed and Hamish offered no solutions other than ‘sorry hope you can glue it together’, also very rude on the phone.I paid extra money for this to be insured. But the packaging was so insufficient I am unable a claim. So now left with a broken gift.

Started using these guys this year and I must say their quality is brilliant. They have a easy to use web shop and a great delivery service. Very impressed with these guys.

Premium price for cheaply made rubbish!Bought two spiral outdoor trees and after 15 months one has collapsed as the metal has completely rusted.We paid in excess of £250 for two trees and am astounded that after such a short period one has collapsed and Blooming Artificial will not consider a repair or replacement.Don’t waste your money, you’ll pay a premium price for cheap tat!

A friend in Chichester ordered flowers to be delivered to me as a gift. They arrived the next day and are the most beautiful flowers I have ever received. 4 days on and they still look fabulous.

Bloom just don't know how to provide customer service. Don't use them for Christmas orders - you are very likely to be disappointed. My order placed 7 December has just been cancelled and refunded. So after 10 days an important Christmas Gift sunk by Bloom. NO apology - nothing.

Absolutely wonderful! The most beautiful artificial plants and flowers and excellent customer service. I ordered a variety of flowers and greenery which arrived promptly the following day. All of the flowers were gorgeous and looked identical to the real thing. Very happy customer will 100% be shopping here again :)

I called this amazing florist when we were let down by another florist at 5pm the night before a funeral and they were fantastic. At last minute they made a beautiful spray for us. The lady was so helpful. She stayed late to make sure we had a stunning spray and was so helpful. The communication was excellent and so was the service. The flowers were stunning and very reasonably priced. This florist went the extra mile. Thank you

Have been very happy with Bloom in the past and liked the guaranteed quality of silk flowers. Ordered the expensive Pink Rose vase and they are so disappointing. They look like cheap silk flowers and are not the usual quality. Also paid for next day delivery which did not happen. Wont be using again.
