From the beginning of the project Jo kept me informed at each stage of the process,allowing me to be a part of the process and have input at each stage.The end product is a beautiful, unique stain glass window that enhances my home. Jo is efficient, knowledgeable and approachable. The commission was delivered in a timely fashion.I am so happy with the outcome.

We went there for breakfast in the Cafe. Absolutely delicious. And all the stained glass stuff in the shop looked nice too.

Unique and interesting. Lots of handmade items from local craft people. Warm welcome from owner who was happy to explain what she was doing and have a chat. She was finishing off a large stained glass piece when we were there. Some lovely pieces to treat yourself or as gifts. (Only open Thursday to saturday).

Nick Bayliss came to our home to do a specialised repair on a front door stained glass window. He had to obtain this unusual glass, over 80 years old, from a photo we sent him. It matched perfectly. We watched a real craftsman in action as he replaced the shards of old glass with expertly-cut pieces of vintage glass. He had trained in Stourbridge, a notable centre for glass and crystal production, and family members play their part in this solidly-established business. The Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham has its share of fine craftsmen and women, and our experience is consistent with these fine traditions, even down to good communication over the 'phone.Stained glass production and repair is a craft that has been practised in this country since the 7th century. It is good to know that it is alive and well and being carried forward for this generation to benefit from it into the 21st century.

Absolutely fantastic day!!! Would definitely recommend it!!! Jamal is very knowledgeable and helpful offering advice during the different aspects of the practical. Mum and I had a great time and love the pieces we got the make!

I went to check out the bits of glass for sale to use iny own stained glass projects, it was like glass heaven!!! So many bits of different kinds of glass, most of it reclaimed from old windows. The owners were very friendly and told me to pick out what I wanted, then they checked what I'd chosen as some bits were valuable antique which they needed to use themselves so they couldn't sell me those, but I got some beautiful pieces in various colours. Well worth a visit!
