Disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!! Will be petitioning to have this place closed.... Absolutely horrified by word of mouth....maybe you should think about hiring a younger security woman\ door woman with less of a chip on her shoulder... Glad the current occupants will be gone soon can not wait for the once popular pub to be turned into anything other than the current!!! Do not and I repeat DO NOT even waste your time let alone money!!!!!!!!!!

The Diamond is a great place for a busy stay in York. 15 minutes easy walk one way to race course - 20 minutes easy walk to York Centre - about £5 for taxi from York Centre. Parking £7 per day right outside. Shops, buses and places to eat/pub nearby. Owners really friendly - room immaculately clean with fridge, TV, en-suite shower and loo - lovely towels. And of course, Yorkshire Tea. Would definitely come again. Thank you.

Beaverbank is really a fantastic choice as an accomodation. The staff are all really friendly and they render help almost immediately when you require it. Even though it is slightly far from campus, there are several buses nearby that take you there. It is also super close to several cafes and good restaurants nearby if you are looking for food places to eat or just lovely scenic areas to walk!

I've never seen a letting agency with such ingenious solutions to tenant issues. They're efficient, prioritise emergency work and they're all really nice. They run green energy incentives and it's really convenient for tenants to have all of their bills taken care of as part of the rent.The office is always friendly and all of the houses I have seen have been finished to a really high standard.As a landlord, I also find them to be super efficient, and I trust them with every aspect of letting.

Great accommodation within a 10-15 min walk from Coventry University. Great facilities and most important really friendly and helpful staff. Any inquiries were resolved in short time. Rooms are of a good size with decent sized bathrooms. Weekly events made time staying at the accommodation fun as well as allowed me and my friends meet new people and socialise. Facilities like a cinema room and a large communal kitchen were great as we could organise dinner parties for our friends or invite them over for a movie night. Gym and a pool table were a pleasant addition to an already pleasant experience.Thank you, Trinity View and the staff team, for making life away from home a positive experience!

Final year student at Staffs living at Wesley Suites the newest student accommodation which is a part of the Carlton Suites group. A 10 min walk from my university and the Stoke-On-Trent rail station, very nice looking, spacious and secure accommodation.I love the fact that it is extremely warm as it gets very cold in the winter and you get two rooms including an en-suite, one study room with a desk and a sofa bed and fridge and the other a bedroom with more than enough closet space!I love living here as it is great value for money and personally for me as I can't stand to study in the library with all the noisy students, so having my own quiet study with a mini fridge is great as I can study in peace and in the comfort of my own surroundings. Not to mention all bills and laundry facilities are included!Definitely a 10/10 for me. The best and most affordable accommodation in stoke by far!

One of the best student accommodations in town with the most superb central location. The rooms and the facilities are amazing, everything is top notch quality and kept clean to the spot. The staff are some of the kindest and most helpful individuals you will meet. They will endeavor to assist you with any issue you may have in a heartbeat, makes you feel really welcome and right at home.
