Bay Leisure have worked with us for 6+ years & have always provided a prompt & professional service.We run Blagdon House Country Cottages - a small development of holiday lets, so our pool is semi-commercial.Initially they completely renovated our pool & installed all new plant room equipment. Since then they have provided support & materials on demand.They recently advised on & installed water ionisation equipment which has greatly improved water quality & stability, all with less chemicals.Thank you, Bay Leisure, for your continued support & being a supplier we can truly rely on.

Very well stocked, helpful and friendly local pool store. We moved to a house recently that happened to have a pool and not having had one before meant I needed some advise. I went on a Saturday morning and was given so much time and advice with no obligation whatsoever to purchase anything. They're not the cheapest when compared to online offerings, but they do run a loyalty scheme and you won't get anywhere near the level of advice from a website, so given they also have a shop to run it's acceptable to pay a little more for chemicals etc.

We are well impressed with the service we have received from both Hydropool Devon and Hydropool Bristol.Carl and Josh from Hydropool Devon have both been very helpful. Following my request for a brochure, Carl followed up with a phone call and answered some of my queries regarding owning a hot tub and provided us with some very informative videos. I expected to be put under pressure to make a purchase, but there was no pressure put on us whatsoever. And Josh has provided good after care customer service, phoning to ensure we were happy with our purchase and saying on several occasions that if we have any queries or need any help, both him and Leon from Hydropool Bristol were only a phone call away.Leon from Hydropool Bristol has been just brilliant – we cannot praise him enough. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about each hot tub that he showed us, again no pressure. Once the hot tub we chose was delivered, Leon set the hot tub up for us, then spent time to explain the chemicals and how to use them, amongst other things. He is so enthusiastic and was very patient, ensuring he did not leave us until we confirmed we felt happy with the advice he had given. He has been amazing post installation by providing support both on the phone and by visiting when we queried things it turned out we had not been entirely sure about.What I like about Hydropool as a whole is the staff are both friendly and professional and seem to work well as a team. They arranged everything right through to organising a Hi-Ab crane to lift the tub over the wall and garden shed to its final destination. The communication between Hydropool Devon and Hydropool Bristol to make our dream of owning a hot tub happen for us was very impressive. We can’t praise them enough.

Best and repairs, maintenence and installation of pools in the South of England. Having used a few, we were pleasantly surprised how running a pool is so much cheaper when you pick a good company, after being charged high prices for poor workmanship from another local company for several years.

Had a problem with our hot-tub where the bar was bent due to the weight of the lid. Jen was very helpful and knowledgable and understood our situation completely, she also provided some very clear detail technical advice (thanks Jen).

Nigel Lake is an absolutely first rate pool engineer and maintenance man. He has looked after our pool in Wroxham for the past four or five years and it has never looked better. Nigel was recommended to us by our previous pool man when he retired and we can see why he came so highly recommended.He always goes out of his way to make sure that everything is running perfectlyand drew up a comprehensive instruction manual bespoke to our pool system so that we always have clear guidance on day to day running of the system. He is highly intelligent as well as being exceptionally practicaland we have always looked forward to and enjoyed his visits.Quite simply the best pool man in East Anglia!
