I Just did an online order, quick easy to use website with PayPal (love that!), Fay even delivered my order to Toy Planet for me to collect as they would be closed. They saved my bacon as this was a panic buy for my Daughters Ballet lessons today. Highly recommend! THANKS GUYS!

I have been a loyal customer of Bravissimo for over a decade.Regrettably, I found myself waiting for assistance for an extended period, approximately 15 minutes, only to later discover that the staff member I had initially spoken to had forgotten about me.My interactions with four different staff members during this episode were both bewildering and frustrating. None of them were able to provide a satisfactory resolution, and instead, they all insisted on identifying the staff member I had spoken with earlier.One of the staff members displayed a combative demeanor, seemingly placing blame on me rather than acknowledging the oversight made by a fellow staff member. Despite my detailed explanation of the situation, she demanded a name, which I was unable to provide. She eventually walked away dismissively, leaving me in a state of astonishment.Subsequently, my interaction with the store manager, was equally disheartening. She exhibited inadequate conflict resolution skills, and her persistent pushiness only served to exacerbate my frustration.What struck me as particularly odd throughout this ordeal was the absence of any apology from the staff members at any point during the encounter.In today's challenging retail landscape, where physical stores face significant difficulties, it is perplexing that the staff would behave in a manner that risks alienating loyal customers. As a result of this disappointing experience, I have made the decision not to shop at Bravissimo.

Myself and my daughter were both fitted for bras and a swimsuit this weekend. It was my daughter’s first time being fitted for a bra so I was a little bit worried she would be self-conscious but our fitter Jess was absolutely amazing and made my daughter feel very comfortable. Thank you so much.

Picked up 5 pants for 15. The girl who served me didn't take them all out the bag so only paid for 4 making it more expensive alongside the other items I bought. But she also gave the wrong change to the person in front of me £10 to much change. Please pay attention check the baskets are empty.

The etaff member who helped me find the boots I wanted was excellent. She had good customer service. She stopped packing shelves and helped me. She even showed mewhere the underwear was, I stood in a long queue ntompay but it went quickly.
