I was one hour waiting on the phone and to make things worse the audio volume for their waiting song spikes every minute or so, probably so you don't fall asleep. No one ever answered, I gave up.

Staff very help full but on the day I there it must have been a casual dress day as one if the girls on the front desk had a t shirt on of a large hand giving the finger......maybe some one should review the casual dress policy !!
