I felt unwell whilst in store today. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and came over dizzy and felt faint. The staff were excellent, the lady serving us immediately got me some water and a chair and then asked the first aiders to come and see me. The first aid ladies were so lovely and caring. Such nice staff members. Thank you for you help.

Tried their cafe for the first time. A pretty thin menu choice in my opinion, plumped for their Big Breakfast. For once it came exactly as pictured on the menu! Everything was hot except strangely the poached eggs were only lukewarm. Apart from that it was quite nice, and at £8,95 was OK for value in these times of everything going up.

It's a neat little supermarket but too expensive for my family budget. Walked there from the town centre and found that the pavement stops at the road junction! You have to walk up a grass verge, walk up the driveway, or cross over the junction mouth (very wide and no central reservation for pedestrians) to reach the pavement at the other side. Well done, planning team!

Great location, wide selection of clothing and food.

Absolute disgrace of a manager, member of staff berated my OAP mother back in November with a prolonged verbal attack for no apparent reason, other members of the public even had to stand in for her as she was in shock at the attack. The complaint was brushed off by the manager there and then, later offered a pathetic voucher that never arrived, head office was no better as after making a formal complaint in December they never contacted us again, now we are being told that they were informed the matter had been dealt with by the store and the complaint is closed. Absolutely furious at this.

It is open, it very clean and you can get all necessary food and clothes

Weirdest layout in shop has you wandering around the aisles looking for stuff. Clearly designed that way which is quite annoying Thankfully it’s relatively small and if you shop there a lot you would get used to it. Staff really helpful as they know where everything is hidden. Self service checkouts help balance the time wasted hunting for a chicken

We order every week to our upcoming cocktail bar in sittingbourne without a doubt each week delivery is on time all products and friendly delivery drivers where nothing is to much hassle

Love the shop, girls great, but clothes a bit dated. My nickname is Mrs M & S, cos I buy everything from there. Jeans jkts, underwear, boots but find difficulty choosing from the models displayed, colours put together, pink and red, no no no....
