DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!Joist made with bent timber, incredibly rude delivery drivers, had to add on to the end of a few joist because they weren't made to the sizes specified.It's safe to safe they're cheap for a reason.

Don't bother, they don't bother with you so I wouldn't bother with them. Basil Fawlty always tried to be a good Hotelier, the customer service guy here doesn't even try. Buy a seed, plant it water it and let it grow. It will be marginally quicker but far more satisfying to get your wood this way. All I heard were reasons why not this, why not that... Nothing remotely helpful, then he was so rude to the old boy behind me it was truly Fawlty'esqe.
