I am so impressed with this watch, it looks smart and feels great! Love the attention to detail! Doesn't need charging or a battery, contactless worked for me too. Wore it to work and out for dinner and got so many compliments!

Honestly very disappointed.Bought a watch from here but the worker didn’t even care to check the watch first before giving it to me. The watch had a dead battery in it! So I had to waste my time going back to the store and was told that the person who fix watches left already. So another worker at the store told me that I could do it at any other H Samuel store. So I went to Arndale’s H Samuel on a later day and was told that I can only send it back to the this store! Wasted more time! Then finally I went back to this store and had the battery changed. But the repair left dents and scratches to the watch! At that point I gave up and just took it.I also tried on a different watch in the clearance section and noticed visible signs of use (dead skins, scratches etc) and when I asked if it was a returned the worker says it’s been moved from shop to shop and hence the condition which was kinda hard to believe. I might be wrong but something to note.Basically wanted to sum it up as unprofessional and wasted a lot of my time. You’re better off waiting for normal H Samuel sales which brings the watch prices similar to the ones here.Update:After a month the watch was dead again. I’m already back at my home country. Sent the watch to my local mall’s watch store and they told me that the movement was damaged from the battery change by this H Samuel. Could only facepalm at this point.

I went into the store couple of times. The staff was really friendly. They seamed vary knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of tips too. I was mainly talking to Maria who was excellent. Good things is all store staff, including the manager pitched in to share their knowledge when needed as i did ask a lot of questions. Great experience and great service. Definitely deserve more than 5 stars!!!

I recently visited the atelier in London to buy a gift for my gf and had a great experience. Staff are really nice and took me through their entire collection as I didn’t know what to get. I ended up purchasing a C39 watch, which my girlfriend really liked. I’ll definitely make another appointment when I decide to buy my next watch as I really appreciated the service.
