Alan and his colleague helped me on a short move recently. They were both extremely helpful and polite, as well as quickly and efficiently getting me moved, including some tricky larger items without damage to house or items. Honestly, I couldn't fault them - including the price, which was the best out of 5 quotes I had. I will use these chaps again and have no hesitation in recommending them

Very disappointed that the damage to my sofa has not been resolved. I have sent photographs and proof of purchase, and even though all our furniture was carefully wrapped, this damage has still occurred! This company have insurance, so why this hasn't been resolved I really don't understand.I have had no further correspondence and would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely Horrific. Completely unprofessional. They don’t even deserve one star. They broke multiple pieces of furniture during moving it. They were verbally abusive, making my mother and myself cry with their nasty comments. They also refused to bring certain pieces of furniture, meaning we had to leave them at our old house as we had no other way of moving them. They still excepted to be paid in full even after all of this. They left the furniture downstairs as they couldn’t be bothered to bring it upstairs to where it needed to be. Avoid at all cost, they are horrible human beings. Don’t care about their customers at all. Never apologised for their behaviour or making us cry. AVOID! Would not recommend to a single soul. Save your money and use a more professional, caring firm.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. They were so patiant whilst waiting for key exchange, they didn't complain or damage anything and nothing was too much trouble. The price was very competitive and would not hesitate to use them again

Excellent service. Alan really knows how to take care of your possessions and offers advice as well as being professional and friendly.

Highly recommended removal service. Alan was professional, calm under pressure, and went above and beyond by setting up the washing machine in my new home. Amazing value for money. Will definitely use this removal service again.

WHERE DO I START IF I COULD HAVE HE WOULD HAVE HAD MINUS 5 STARS. What a joke of a company after my recent experience with this company I would not recommend the company if they were the only company that did removals and would not trust them to move dolls house furniture. I should have known after the initial contact the man does not listen I explained what items were to be moved and what items were to be collected including the flight of steps involved he told me he would ring the day before and then after not hearing from him I contacted him and he denied saying it. He contacted me on the day to notify me he was on his way such a shame he did as from that moment everything was abysmal he turned up not the most pleasant of people I told him I had removed the backs off the chair and sofa to which he responded you didn't say it was a recliner and it has to go up 3 flights of stairs I corrected him and said no 1 set he huffed and puffed and tutted I said to him you were aware that it was a recliner from our first conversation and not only that you did not ask. He stormed off to his van to get his tools to remove the centre seat to the sofa. After removal he and the young man he had brought with him attempted to lift the sofa through the door it was obvious the young man had never done the job before as he was being instructed at every move how to lift it and get it through the door. Before even getting the sofa through the door Alan said to the young man oh forget it bring it back in I am not doing it. At that point they brought the sofa back into the living room replaced the centre seat and walked off saying bye while going out of the door. Totally disgusting behaviour, it was obvious from the start he didn't want to do the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE DOES NOT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I've used this company twice now and been impressed both times. The guys arrived right on time and worked quickly, taking care not to damage anything, all for a reasonable price. They were very friendly and helpful and took a lot of the stress out of moving the big stuff - couldn't done it without them!

Had 3 jobs done by A star. Always highly recommended came to book again and seen past reviews. Always had a quick and speedy service.

Student friendly prices and service. Helped out 3 of us moving student accommodations. Sound guy, clean van and took great care with our things while helping! Would recommend to anyone. Cheers Alan!
