After reading the reviews I firstly would like to say that this company is not a scam and they genuinely have some beautiful pieces of furniture.We enquired about some furniture in May 2021 but wanted to actually feel and see the furniture before we committed to buying anything. Marcus kindly booked us an appointment at the Showroom in Nottinghamshire as he understood how we felt.We had a drive to the showroom and met with Adam who was very helpful and showed us the options that were available to us! We sent across the measurements of our room and a layout of what we had a we were sent some drawings of possible options for the furniture we had chosen which we were over the moon with.We ordered a bespoke Moreland Harris Tweed and Brown Leather Chester Club no corner modular Design 15, 3 seat Right, 3 Seat left and 2 Kensington Chairs and a patchwork beanbag. We also opted to have these reinforced.The delivery was estimated at 12-14 weeks.The delivery did run over slightly due to problems everyone was dealing with due to Covid but when they were delivered (Sept) the team that delivered everything were very friendly and kept us up to date with timings. They came right on time when they said they would.Marcus and the team were fantastic through the process of the design and ordering.I fell in love with our furniture the minute it came into our home.

The COP Shop was unbelievably helpful in helping us replace the cushions on our conservatory cane seats. We chose the coverpattern, measurements were taken and in two weeks we had new seating, of a much higher quality than the old upholstery, and much more comfortable. I praise their service too highly. We are delighted. Our conservatory is like a new room

If you are looking for cane furniture this place must be on your list of places to visit. They have a large selection of furniture to choose from and the advice given is second to none. Ordered our cane sofa & chair just before the Covid-19 lockdown so, had to wait for the supplier Cane Industries to re-open. We were kept informed of progress during this difficult period and M&M delivered as soon as they received the goods. This is a great retailer with friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

We had our sofa delivered today & I cannot recommend the company we used enough. We ordered our sofa in august after changing the fabric numerous times (they had too many to choose from) & then eventually changing the style of the sofa at the last minute all hassle free! We couldn’t actually take delivery of our sofa untill today due to delay getting into our house and they have stored it hassle free for us. They have been nothing but helpful from the moment we walked into their shop to today on arrival day with updating me with precise times for delivery! I just wanted to shout about them as they honestly deserve it! They have so many styles and fabrics & the sofa we chose is SO comfy. Couldn’t be happier Thankyou guys!

A fabulous display of garden furniture, we looked on line first but thought we needed to sit and get a feel for comfort and see the quality. But no worries there it’s all high end! Diane helped with all our questions & dilemmas was very knowledgeable and had lots of advice. A very easy purchase with stock available more or less immediately, or like us we weren’t quite ready so planned ‘free delivery’ to suit our time frame. Delivery was on time and with a friendly guy happy to help with positioning although we were left it boxed until later. everything comes assembled just the cushions to unwrap and within 15 mins we were sitting with a drink enjoying the view. Great experience would highly recommend.

Visited M&M today looking for a cane suite for our refurbished conservatory, found quite a good choice, very helpful lady owner assistant, not rushed in any way, given tea whilst we perused and tried many different types of settee and chairs, plenty of fabric choices also. Ordered a suit easily best choice, not overly expensive, real quality.Our new conservatory suite arrived yesterday really fast, just three weeks absolutely wonderful really good quality, best service you could ask for.

Fantastic service, great efficiency and detail with the furniture suite that Rocio and Luz re-upholstered for us. I can recommend them very highly. They offered a professional service from start to finish with excellent customer care and advice when needed.

An amazing job after the furniture removal guys damaged our oak wardrobe. She even filled a few holes in our bed while she was here. Very reasonable price to boot. Thank you so much.
