Fixed desks are all taken. The hotdesking area is extremely noisy (chatter + loud muzak) to the point you cannot do work that requires concentration. The hot desks are possibly deliberately uncomfortable and are also shabby. The coffee is good though.

We were there for an event in the ground floor space. Great meeting room and finally done good acoustics too! Love the bleachers at the back!!!Not the easiest to find as you can't put banners up in the main foyer, but they were happy for someone to stand there to direct people which worked.
