This company takes your registration money and and your timeshare and any RCI points you have in your account.In return they give you nothing despite the hundreds of pounds they said you would get. It’s called fraud, don’t fall for Simon’s promises.

I called Travel and Leisure to ask about selling two weeks' timeshare in Portugal that we owned. I spoke to Kellie who able to give me all the information that I needed regarding market conditions, an indication of sale price, and how my weeks would be advertised and promoted. She also had a contact at the owner's timeshare organisation and was able to explain how the system worked. The process was handled very professionally and efficiently - Travel and Leisure really know their business. I would recommend this company if you wish to buy or sell a timeshare.

Terrible service I have contacted three times and no response

We were pleased with the service received from Simon - no upfront fee, he actively advertised our timeshare and was always available by phone or message. Don't expect instant results with any timeshare sale, but Simon found us a buyer, which is more than another timeshare sale company did - they charged an upfront fee and we never heard from them again. We would recommend Timeshare Shop.

Ok every thing you need for going away

Phoned Kevin 2nd November about a timeshare compensation claim. Telephone response was very quick and also he phoned me back instantly. His advice was reassuring and quietened my concerns about this fraudulent claim.I am most grateful for his advice.
