Signed my 9 year old up to get him prepared for the next school year, with the intention of using the summer period to do this.I had signed him up 3 weeks before Summer break, and was not told there would be a change in timetable throughout summer, so his session would not be available throughout summer.When I received the emailed the week before the change in timetable, I queried this with the centre and they informed me his session would stay the same.I arrived at the centre for his session, to be stood waiting outside a closed centre, without being able to contact anyone.I have been back and forth with several people now, as the sessions they have available are during the day which my son is already attending summer clubs.The centre know my son has ADHD and needs routine and structure so adhoc lessons would not work.I have requested a refund 3 times, to which I’ve either been ignored for days and had to chase, or they have offered to roll the hours over which I do not want.I am now on day 5 of no response from the centre.

After checking with different tuition providers, we selected Merit Tutors for our child, and we are happy about our decision!The teachers are very supportive, experienced and the learning environment is very good. The management is very co-operative as well.We noticed a great change in our child in before and after she joined them: her confidence has added up, and she is confidently preparing for her forth coming exams.Will surely recommend them to others!

Theif... the worst school ever. They need only money. They didnt care about any international student. Specially Mr. Jian they never answer if something happen wrong then he always push his colleagues forward. My parents was trying to talk to them daily from last 1 month. They stop to reply on emails. They didnt ignore calls. Problem is that. I m there student and i am suffering from psoriasis on last stage Nd my parents need money to take care of me in my home country India. And my parents ask them to refund rest of the course fees because i cant able to study anymore there. For recovery it will take many months or year. They are theif . Teaching is worst. And everything. Frauds. Their certificate is not so valuable too. It was my worst time when i am looking to study here. Its sucks now. And make u sure schillers we will not stop untill you refund our money.

Decent exhibits, including a Gutenberg bible. The building has AC, free toilets, water bottle taps, and a cafe. Lots of seating and tables available for cafe purchases.

Thanks to my teacher, Aman for teaching me so much, for changing the lesson times every second of the day, thanks to your irony, patience and heartfelt thanks for improving me, without you all this would have been impossible. You are a great teacher!

Fille au pair London je recherchais des cours pour améliorer la qualité de mon anglais. Aman et Stef sont des enseignants dévoués, des professionnels dans leur domaine , tout en étant très amicaux et bienveillants. Un véritable plaisir de travailler avec eux. De retour en France, j'ai repris des cours sur skype pour préparer un examen que j'ai pu passer haut la main grâce aux cours et conseils. Merveilleuse rencontre! Dernière chose , Aman est très très drôle. : )

I have mixed feelings about this place. My child joined here for her SATS year before last and never wants to go back there again. She is now a teen and still has bad memories from the place as her tutor (Anaya) use to shout a lot and even made some children cry in her class, so she use to fear going in. So in that perspective I would say they really do need to improve as no parent sends theirs kids into a paid tutoring place to be scolded. And for this reason I never started my second child here as he's not so tough skinned.But what I can't fault is their method of teaching (without the raised voice) as it is quite exceptional. Things my daughter struggled with and never understood at any other tuition she understood here within 1-2 days. And she did pass her SATs which she possibly wasn't going to achieve without their support. I took a chance and it did pay off. Even their set homework was short and sweet and not overwhelming like a lot of other places.Their internal settings are delightful.But some things I found a little unprofessional such as set homework would sometimes have mistakes in them and when I brought this to their attention they said its just human error. I've had tuition at a lot cheaper rates, even less than half the price they charged and never were their any errors in the set homeworks. There was also an incident where Anika had forwarded me an incorrect voice note (as this is how they communicate with parents) where her and Anaya were talking about me and pretty much making fun of me. Anika did apologise for it several times but tbh the damage was done by then. I have been wanting to review this service for a long time but kept putting it off unitl I truly knew how I wished to comment. But this is the hard truth of it and Anika is lovely and will try and fix the damage - my daughter would rather be tutored by her instead too. So if you want results, yes, definitely send your kids here. I would really like to send my son here but have been put off by the above incidents.
