shame that omagh halfords is now closed as their range and staff knowledge was far superior to this store. customer service was much better too

Very disappointed. Roof rack rails were in an open box. When i got home and checked them, there were parts missing and parts that weren't supposed to be included. Basically looked like it had been used and returned. Disgusted that Halfords tried to pass this off on me. Had to drive 20 miles rtn to get an exchange, barely an apology from the staff or god forbid the offer of a partial refund for the inconvenience. I expected a lot more from a supposedly reputable company such as Halfords.

I don't know about other Halford's outlets, but if the staff in Cookstown are the norm for their stores, then Halfords in Northern Ireland must have exceptional hiring practices. The customer service from the current staff is phenomenal. Karl, Ethan, Luke and Rory are experienced, professional and are beyond helpful. Such a friendly bunch! If only every store had staff of their caliber. Great team!

They couldn't change a headlight. Young guy had no clue what he's doing. I don't understand why having an option on their website for bulb fitting if they can't do it!!!Waste of my time.
