its a pute ripoff store, a person who works there seems very charming but says his boss does not allow him to give proper service.... they promesed a expres delivery qnd made me pay 50 pound for that... they assured a 2 day delivery... it took 2.5 weeks! and they refuse to give a refund! it has cost me about 300 extra to keep my boat out of the water waiting for a part that didnt even come! and as an excuse they blame the parcel company but refuse to refund me the delivery cost... also they are about 20% more expensive than their competition and if you post a bad revieuw on facebook they will block you!ive been emailing and calling for serveral weeks and now i see no otjer option than leaving a bad revieuw!

I searched high and low for a place that could replicate the vinyl decals on my Crownline 202 LPX boat. Not even the manufacturer could produce the original graphics. In my exhaustive searching, I stumbled upon Outboard Graphics. At first, I was skeptical about ordering from over seas. However, there was nowhere else I could go to get factory quality graphics on a boat that is technically discontinued. Now that my leap of faith is behind me, I could not be happier. Once I placed my order, I emailed Outboard Graphics to get confirmation that my order was received and to get tracking information. They responded fast, friendly, and were happy to help. If you have an older boat and need to update your worn out decals, Outboard Graphics is the only place to go.

Excellent friendly service. The engineers are very knowledgeable, and helpful. Currently they have too much work on to carry out maintenance work in less than 3 weeks. This is a good sign their expertise appreciated. Book ahead.

Was looking for a second hand Hartley 1.2 but by the time I got in touch it had been sold but they did invite me to go to the factory and have a look at some of the boats which I did and was impressed with the boats on display but was prepared to wait for a second hand boat.In the mean time Hartley arranged for me to try one at the Carsington club. On arrival it was blowing hard and raining however the staff were helpful and rigged up a Hartley for me. As a novice sailor I was a bit anxious but there was a safety rib on hand which was reassureing. I was on the water for about an hour and felt this boat would do for me. Within two weeks a boat had been found. It was nearly new and suited me. It was delivered to my club in Nottingham. The staff fully rigged it and dealt with all my questions. Within in half an hour of them departing I was on the water. As a novice sailor it was only with the main sail up but the boat sailed well. Only one problem with it was I felt the tiller was far too long. I made a phone call and the next day a smaller one was fitted! So far I am still sailing with only the main sail but as my confidence grows this will change to adding the jibb and spiniaker. This the only boat I have ever brought and throughout this process the staff have been friendly and very helpful also extremly knowledgeable. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. When I am ready to upgrade to another boat I will be giveng Hartleys a ring!!

Josh (JC Marine Services) is brilliant. Very professional service indeed. Josh went to view a boat for us, and after a very thorough examination and comprehensive report it was not the one for us. He then proceeded to find us a suitable boat, quickly and with the same thorough professional examination we expected. We are very happy with our new boat and many thanks to Josh for all of his help and expert advice. Highly recommended.

Recently bought a boat and needed a new steering kit for it, Rodney talked me through how to install it and also talked me through a service on the outboard motor. Top bloke and top service. Will definitely use this place for anything I need for my boat from now on. Cheers guys. 10/10.
