Terrible, avoid this company. We've paid a £9k deposit and they're not returning my calls, we've had so much trouble getting in touch. Keep getting promised that someone will call but they don't. We can't afford to walk away and we REALLY need the work completed. Extremely disappointed and frustrated

Michael and his team installed a gravel driveway in our property.Michael gave good advice on the type of driveway and didn't push us towards the more expensive material.He was responsive in amending the quote, and getting samples to us. The quoted price was higher than competitors, but we selected Michael based on quality of previous works we saw.The approximate start date was about right.The works were done efficiently. The team were all very pleasant and the work area was kept clean and tidy.There was a minor misunderstanding on the cross-over stones. Michael organised replacement stones without quibbles.The new driveway looks great.Overall, a great experience.

I had Centiam install new windows & doors all round back in October 2018. The install was very efficient and hassle free at a very competitive price unlike the multinationals who will take the shirt off your back given the opportunity.5th December 2022 a small crack appeared on the bathroom window. I called centiam to report the issue and 5 hours later they arrive to assess the problem. Replacement glass ordered and repair will be carried out under Centiam's excellent warranty. I can't express just how professional these guys are and I would highly recommend them. It's so refreshing to receive such good hassle free service . Thanks and keep up the good work guys!!

Outstanding service, from the admin department to the fitters Gary and Paul. We had 13 windows, 2 sets of French doors and a new front door fitted all to a high standard. The team were hard working, very tidy and polite throughout. Having had a disastrous experience in my last property with one of the big national companies which ended up involving solicitors etc it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a big regional company like DNA. Highly recommend.

Recently had windows patio door and sealed units replaced in kitchen dining room bathroom and conservatory by Ryan and his team On each occasion they turned up on time and worked methodically without a break apart from a cup of tea All the work is of a very neat and high standard and afterwards they removed all old units and left everywhere clean and tidy I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan and his business to anyone who wants to use someone local and genuine who does what he says he will do Very professional well doneGraham Jones

Excellent service from start to finish on a conservatory that we have had done recently. Jason came and quoted and gave good advise on what we could do.Then Karl and Harry came to fit it . We are so happy with the conservatory. The lads worked really hard and are true professionals. They went over and above to make sure we were happy with everything The end result is perfect. I had 4 x windows and 2 x doors installed. Their price was very competitive, along with the other quotes I received. They were the first to call me back and I found them to have a great attitude / knowledge when I went to meet them. Good all round customer service. I fully recommend Vic and his team.
