Table tennis facility

For the last couple of years, my son has been getting coaching lessons from Darius and the coaching team, he has improved so much and loves the game. Its been an absolute pleasure watching him improve so much. The coaching team have been outstanding and so patient. Have no hesitation in recommending the club.

Used the facilities for men's football training. Large enough for 15ish to have a good small sided competitive game.Very good prices and Jason the manager is excellent, very good at communicating things to the teams using the club.

I was only visiting to drop off a friend visiting from France, but everyone was really welcoming and helpful and I was totally happy to leave her in their hands. Glad to see that when the fire alarm went off everyone followed the correct procedure, despite the false alarm.

Could be so much better with more classes and more family friendly swim sessions. Not frequent enough so you're always battling for spaces.

It has been shut for over a Year due to the Coronavirus Pandemic

Good atmosphere, somewhere for most ages , good to see a place like this to keep young people entertained.Staff were really good, recommend booking the bowling though!

Darius and his Coaches Niko and Elena have been coaching my son for some months now. The sessions are fantastic and my son loves every minute. He is worked hard and is pushed to achieve his best. The coaches bring good humour, supportive advice and are keen to share their expert knowledge gained as successful international players, Darius of course also brings his own special charisma. My son’s game has improved considerably recently, his most notable acheivment winning 1st place in the Butterfly National Schools Team Championships.

We booked for our son's birthday party (last year and this year again). It's a very good experience for kids as well as adults.Today our party host Erin did a wonderful job, she helped us with everything, engaged all the kids, played mini games with them, Arranged cake cutting, pizzas and everything else. She is really great and we appreciate her for everything.The only improvement I want to see is about food, we only have a choice of pizza as a party food, there should be more options to choose from as not all kids like pizza. (Last year we had a choice of chicken nuggets if I remember correctly).I booked online, well in advance, process is smooth. Last year 4 invitees didn't turn up, so booking money was wasted.This year again 2 invitees backed out after initially accepting and booking, so I called the customer support and they sorted this out for me by giving me a new booking and refunded the amount in my account for cancellations. I wasn't expecting this and I was just trying to see if it's possible (again this was well in advance around 7 days).I really appreciate Tenpin management and customer support.

So I booked online which was straight forwards. I was then prompted to down load the new Tenpin app which I also did.Every time you book, you accrue points which can then be redeemed against future bookings.Arrived and was able to get straight on to our lane to bowl. My son wanted the bowling speed on so asked staff.They apologised and informed me that not all lane have this facility. If we want the bowlers speed we need to state this wreck checking in to bowl.Before we started to bowl, I went to the bar to get some soft drinks. I waited behind the person the staff member was currently serving.An old woman wanted straight up to the bar and the staff member knowing served her before me as he’d already acknowledged me before she arrived.We had a great game then staff assisted me to obtain my booking reference ID so I could add my scores to my app. This took some time and a queue was building up behind me. The guy assisting me remained calm, and was swift in reassuring customers.

A wonderful club for the game. Players are friendly and skilful! Great sporting time and enjoyable moments!
