A customer for several years. A very professional organisation, just to look at the workshop will tell you 'quality is spoken here'! Front office and workshop team are very friendly and deliver a first class service. Unlike main dealers they are not 'part swappers' they are true mechanics who look for the best solution to your problem.

Very professional and friendly staff, my existing car went into the workshop for a software update. I was so impressed with the courtesy car which was an updated model to my car I ended up purchasing one of the same model. All the staff I dealt with were excellent to deal with.

Can't fault them on service and smiles , but really not impressed by the size of the bills. Appreciate this is a main dealer , but .......

Very poor experience with a company I went to because of their reputation of being professional !I had my VW Sirocco to have it diagnosed and repaired properly. The car was dropped to Leeford, at this time I knew the car had an oil leak and a misfire from looking at my driveway and seeing the oil patches and when driving I could feel the misfire.Leeford had a quick look at it told me what I knew already then charged me £122.00 for the privilege and said I'd have to rebook the car for two weeks time to have it diagnosed"! That's why I took it there in the first place.They seemed very reluctant to take on the job of actually repairing the car but then why would you when you can simply charge customers to tell them what they already know."

One of the best garage so far in London , they always look after my BMW M4, recently did timing much much cheaper then dealers, and best job so far, Thank you German Motor Mechanics for looking after my car, great job will definitely recommend friends and family.

Brought my new extra long crafter from the Liverpool branch . The service was second to none Oscar the sales guy was brilliant from start to finish . I can personally recommend getting your next vehicle from here

I have just had my car repaired following a none fault claim by VERTU. My experience was excellent, the car has been repaired to a high standard and was delivered back onto my drive at a time that was convenient to me. There were a couple of issues on delivery, however, Adam sorted them out promptly and nothing was too much effort for him! Thank you so much Adam, you’ve been great!

I always have my car seen to at this branch and it seems they cannot grasp the idea of good customer service or good communications. Firstly, as I have experienced previously, the time keeping and informing me whencmy car was going to be ready seemed like a challenge for the service manager. They don't seem to have any information about my car or my lease contract, yet they have serviced my car for the past 4 yearsSecondly , I was asked 3 times if I wanted my car washed, which I agreed, however in the end, they couldn't even do that.

I have never had an easier car purchase. Richard was absolutely fantastic, needed the car ASAP for work and Richard, without skipping steps, managed to push it through the workshop for me and had it ready in quick time. Will be using again without a doubt.

The most frustrating service experience I’ve ever had from a garage.We did not buy the vehicle from here so cannot comment on the sales department.After a warning light came on on our ID3, took it in. They said they couldn’t find any issue and had cleared the fault - all fine (they failed to wash the car having offered to).A few weeks later both screens went black, so the car had to go back as a breakdown. It took weeks for them to look at the car - when they did it apparently has a battery fault which they can’t fix. They were totally useless in managing/informing us on the process of transferring the car to Exeter where they can fix batteries. The worst part is that they repeatedly promise to call you back but never do.My overall impression is both that this garage is very poorly managed, and that VW has serious quality control/supply chain issues.It’s been nearly 2 months now and we are still driving an ICE Corsa courtesy car which has been in some sort of collision as it has scratches all down the door, is nothing like an ID3.Overall experience from VW has been absolutely shocking and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere.
