STAY AWAY.. they will tell you want you want to hear but when a issue arises they are no were to be seen. Been 3 months and still waiting for a answer as to wear my solar panel money is going from my bill. However they are unable to find out and have bow been informed to talk to the energy ombudsman.

Company calls random after visits to A & E they have no permission to have or hold onto my data. Very shady when you speak to them about who they are and how they get your data. They are refusing to dealing with my enquiry. A claim for distress for breach of DPA 2018 will submitted along with an application for an order that my data is removed!!!!!

Disappointing, item was delivered on time from costco, delivery guys was really polite no issues with them, however washing machine came with a huge dent. I contacted costco ended up arranging a return because it didn’t even work. Was told i would be contacted in 24/48 hours, after 7days ZERO contact. Had to call costco again who got in touch with them and surprise i had a message 18 hours later to book my collection, 10th October!! Return was initiated on the 19th. Person on the phone was rude when telling me “they told costco why they hadn't been in touch” well they didn't tell me! Could only offer 3rd October however couldn't give a time frame just “all day” i have my baby scan that day, it should not take 3 weeks to collect the item. Its a washing machine not something small, its currently blocking my back door lets hope there isn't a fire blocking the front door!

Difficult to find

I have been a Manager at AT for over 2 years, this business has allowed me to grow and develop and be led by some of the most supportive senior managers. This company has different campaigns that will cater for people’s needs both sales and customer service roles are available. It gives people the opportunity to achieve whatever they want if you dream big! I would highly recommend working here if you are prepared to work hard you will be greatly rewarded. I haven't looked back since I started and I ‘am so excited to see what the future holds for the business and all that work here.
