Yoga with Marcella
I just came back from Marcella's yoga retreat in Norfolk and it was so much more than I could have ever imagined. I had never been away on my own before but I was made to feel so welcomed and made friends with some wonderful ladies. The location is stunning, the food amazing and fresh and the best yoga, barre/pilates and meditation classes by the best teacher in my opinion, it was all so perfectly planned and spaced out, giving some time for relaxing and own time as well as planned activities. I already can't wait to get on another retreat with Marcella and would recommend to anyone going!

Ali Grace Wellness
I have been practising Yoga with Ali for 5 years now, and Pilates for about a year. Ali is a wonderful teacher, very understanding and aware of the body and helping each individual with their needs. Highly recommend! I see her classes as my personal time for self care and I always leave smiling and feeling great!

Yoga with Alexa
Having been to a number of different yoga classes over the years, I can easily say that Alexa's have been my favourite. I've been going for almost two years now, and every class is so well planned and varied, there's no fear of doing the exact same thing every time you go. I love how each class is themed, and the inspirational quote at the end of each session too!The classes are really friendly and of mixed ability, I've always felt really welcome and able to do the poses at my own pace. Alexa is an advocate for listening to your own body, and will always suggest modified poses for those with injuries or restrictions.

Sonja Lockyer
Sonja’s massages are of excellent quality and value. She intuitively knows where to focus and the level of pressure needed and I always leave feeling physically and mentally rejuvenated. Highly recommended! I can’t wait to return.

Yoga Nature Warriors
It has been a truly wonderful experience to be taught by Pauline. She is an experienced and extremely competent teacher and a gentle and thoughtful philosopher. I would always be guided by her with regard to my yoga. Her workshops are varied and fun. I thoroughly recommend.

Aura Yoga
Geri is welcoming to everyone and provides fun, yet informative yoga classes. She explains the benefits of each posture & suggests options for both less flexible & more bendy attendants. I would highly recommend Geri’s classes for anyone wishing to take up yoga.

And Exhale with Tracy
Tracy is a great yoga teacher and parenting coach. I have attended her post natal yoga class for a couple of years now. The classes are always personalised as Tracy takes time to check in with each of us. They really help me to reconnect with my body and feel calmer for the week ahead. Tracy's knowledge about the human body, emotions, child development and parenting is so wide that I am always learning something new! I have also completed a parenting course with Tracy which was really helpful for me and my family. I would certainly recommend Tracy as a yoga teacher and parenting coach!

Yoga with Philippe
I was curious what Scaravelli yoga was about, in P@hilippe's class the pace was nicely slow ie we didn't fall asleep! I enjoyed the mindful attention to the movements in a connected way. Thanks for the class and mind-body space. Linzi @2simplifylife #pausemomentsforyou

Tabitha Owen Yoga
Tabitha’s mum and baby yoga classes are open and friendly. I felt welcome and at ease from the first time I went. Incorporating baby into yoga positions and able to feed or change her when necessary. All the other mums were lovely and I’ve made some local friends. I go on a Monday morning and it’s the best way to start my week!
